I'M sure that most of us have heard of Mark twain, the legendary American writer and humorist - many of us have enjoued his popular books such as "The Adventures Of Tom Sawyer" and "Huckleberry Finn". Twain, whose real name was Samuel Clements, knew the value of enjoying the lighter side of life in his earlier work as a printer, gold-miner and pilot on the Mississippi. He wanted all his friends to see the humour in everyday events.
I was delighted to come across this quotation from the author: "Wrinkles should merely indicate where the smiles have been."
Some wise words for us all to keep in mind today.
