TODAY are you meeting up with someone you haven't seen for years? Or is it perhaps one of those days when a person dear to you is leaving for a faraway place?
I always think that our feelings on such occasions are summed up so well in these lines which I found in an old album of clippings and photographs:
To meet and part is the way of life,
To part and meet is the hope of life.
Parting may be bitter-sweet but reunion calls for happy celebrations.
